Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeriTrip platform, website, mobile applications, software, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Conte Travelers IKE ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

VeriTrip is a digital travel organization and trip management platform designed to assist users with organizing itineraries, managing travel-related information, coordinating travelers, uploading and storing travel-related documents, managing trip operations, monitoring payments, receiving automated notifications, and accessing AI-assisted travel insights and recommendations.

VeriTrip is a software platform only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, VeriTrip is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, transportation provider, accommodation provider, immigration advisor, legal advisor, insurance provider, visa processing authority, or governmental authority.

The Platform does not guarantee transportation services, accommodation availability, visa approvals, border entry permissions, immigration compliance, insurance validity, booking confirmations, flight schedules, or the legality, availability, or accuracy of third-party services or information.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in order to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, travel agency, organization, group, or third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such entity or individuals to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, protecting access to your account, ensuring your password remains secure, and all activities occurring under your account. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized access, suspected account compromise, or security breach involving your account.

The Company shall not be responsible for losses resulting from stolen credentials, weak passwords, phishing attacks, malware, compromised user devices, user negligence, or unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Users may upload, store, process, or share travel itineraries, booking confirmations, passports, identity documents, visas, insurance documents, payment proofs, traveler information, emergency contacts, health-related notes, allergy information, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading or submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, analyze, store, display, transmit, and use such content solely for operating the Platform, providing Platform functionality, improving services, generating trip-related insights, and supporting Platform features.

You are solely responsible for the legality, completeness, and accuracy of uploaded information, independently verifying all travel details, ensuring uploaded content is lawful, obtaining all necessary permissions and consents, and ensuring that information uploaded about third parties may legally be processed.

If you upload information relating to other travelers, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required permissions and consents, that you are legally authorized to upload and process such data, and that such processing complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Users are strongly discouraged from uploading special category or highly sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary for the intended travel-related functionality of the Platform.

Travel requirements and travel-related information may change at any time without notice. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying passport validity, visa requirements, transit permissions, vaccination requirements, immigration requirements, border restrictions, airline schedules, transportation details, booking information, traveler information, and all other travel-related requirements.

The Platform may provide reminders, alerts, checks, notifications, AI-assisted recommendations, or automated travel-related insights strictly for informational and organizational purposes. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, availability, or timeliness of travel-related information.

Failure to independently verify travel requirements may result in denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, travel disruptions, financial losses, reservation issues, or other damages for which the Company shall bear no responsibility.

Certain Platform features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, OCR technologies, automated document parsing, or third-party AI providers. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, incorrect interpretations, incomplete data extraction, outdated information, technical errors, or misclassifications.

Users must independently review and verify all AI-generated outputs before relying on them. AI-generated outputs do not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, insurance advice, financial advice, professional travel consultation, or official governmental guidance.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

The Platform may include beta, experimental, preview, or early-access features that may contain bugs, interruptions, technical limitations, or incomplete functionality. Such features are provided "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted performance or accuracy.

The Company implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user data and Platform security. However, no system is completely secure, no method of electronic storage or transmission is entirely risk-free, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform may rely on third-party providers, including cloud infrastructure providers, hosting providers, AI providers, analytics providers, payment providers, authentication systems, communication providers, mapping services, and external APIs.

Users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, protecting access to their devices and accounts, restricting unauthorized access, safeguarding exported or downloaded data, and exercising reasonable caution when uploading, storing, or sharing sensitive travel-related information through the Platform.

Users are strongly encouraged to avoid storing or displaying, within a single accessible location, all information that could independently enable unauthorized third parties to access, modify, interfere with, or cancel travel reservations, bookings, tickets, or traveler accounts in the event of unlawful access or data compromise.

Where reasonably possible, users should consider partially masking, redacting, or limiting the visibility of non-essential sensitive information, including portions of passport numbers, identity document numbers, booking references (PNR), reservation codes, travel credentials, or other confidential traveler information, unless such information is strictly necessary for the intended functionality of the Platform.

Users acknowledge that certain combinations of travel-related information may, in some cases, permit third parties to access or modify reservations directly through external airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or booking systems.

The Company shall not be responsible for losses, damages, booking modifications, reservation cancellations, identity misuse, unauthorized account access, or other harmful actions resulting from user negligence, excessive disclosure of sensitive information, compromised user devices or credentials, third-party provider vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, service outages, or unauthorized access beyond the Company's reasonable control.

You agree not to violate any applicable law, upload unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading material, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malware or harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Platform operations, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform, or use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Certain Platform features may require paid subscriptions, usage-based fees, or premium functionality charges. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, usage limits, feature availability, and Platform plans may change at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically, fees are non-refundable, and taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or limitation of access to the Platform.

The Platform may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including airlines, hotels, payment processors, cloud providers, AI providers, mapping services, analytics providers, communication systems, and external APIs.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, external outages, external policies, service interruptions, or third-party actions or omissions. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy policies.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform may experience maintenance periods, outages, API interruptions, synchronization delays, technical failures, temporary unavailability, or service interruptions.

The Company may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conte Travelers IKE, VeriTrip, and their affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, booking errors, travel disruptions, denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, reservation issues, traveler disputes, identity misuse, or business interruption.

The Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conte Travelers IKE, VeriTrip, and their affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your violation of third-party rights.

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create security risks, misuse the Platform, expose the Company to legal liability, or interfere with Platform operations.

The Company may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), applicable European Union digital and consumer legislation, and mandatory legal provisions applicable within the European Union.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
