For this reason, a portion of VeriTrip's revenues may be allocated to initiatives supporting access to travel opportunities for individuals from underdeveloped or economically disadvantaged countries and communities.

Through these initiatives, we aim to support experiences that encourage education, intercultural exchange, personal growth, global understanding, solidarity, and human connection.

The amount allocated, the structure of such initiatives, the selection process, and the supported programs may be determined solely by VeriTrip and may evolve over time depending on the Company's operational capacity, partnerships, and strategic priorities.

VeriTrip is committed to maintaining transparency regarding the general direction and purpose of these contributions and initiatives, and will aim to communicate publicly how such support is being utilized whenever reasonably possible.
